1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Research Use Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms. You must be at least 21 years old. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

The site and our products are only for qualified researchers, laboratory professionals and organizations doing legitimate scientific research. We may ask for proof of your qualifications or affiliation at any time, and we may refuse or cancel orders, or close accounts, if we're not satisfied with what you provide.

3. Products and intended use

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and must not be used in or on humans or animals. We make no medical claims about any product. Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. By ordering, you confirm that:

• you are a qualified researcher, or are buying for a research organization;
• you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research carried out by trained personnel;
• you will store, handle and dispose of the products safely and in line with all applicable laws; and
• you will not resell, relabel or supply the products for human or animal use.

4. Accounts

You need an account to order. Give us accurate, current information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Orders and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order.
• Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or misuse, failed verification, stock problems or pricing errors, and we refund any payment taken for an order we cancel.
• You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship only within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Because our products are sealed, temperature-sensitive research materials, we don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. Items damaged in transit are replaced once per order when reported within 14 days of delivery with photos. Reconstituted products are not eligible. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, label designs and software, belongs to Auraminos or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose;
• misrepresent your identity, age or qualifications;
• interfere with the site, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or collect data from it with bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
• resell our products without our written permission; or
• discuss or promote any human or animal use of our products, including in in messages to us, and in social media or other content that mentions Auraminos.

Breaking these rules can lead to immediate cancellation of your orders and permanent closure of your account.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse service, at any time and for any reason, including insufficient proof of qualifications or suspected misuse of products. Sections 12 to 18, and any others that by their nature should continue, survive termination.

11. Affiliate and referral program

If we offer an affiliate or referral program, we decide who is eligible, commission rates, payout thresholds and timing, and we may change them. We may withhold or cancel commissions for breaches of these terms or for fraudulent or self-referred orders. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own content and for following all laws, including FTC disclosure rules, and must never make health or body claims or suggest any human or animal use.

12. Assumption of risk

Research chemicals can be hazardous. You buy, handle, store and use our products entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Auraminos and its owners, employees, suppliers and affiliates from all claims arising from misuse of products, or any use in or on humans or animals, including by anyone who obtains products through you.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee any research result, that products keep their purity after delivery, or that the site will be error-free or always available. Certificates of analysis and test reports are provided for reference only and are not a warranty.

14. Suppliers and manufacturing

We don't manufacture our products. They are made and supplied by third-party manufacturers and fulfillment partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for manufacturing defects, contamination, labeling errors, purity variations or supplier delays, and your remedies for any product problem are limited to those in our Refund & Return Policy.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAMINOS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits apply under any legal theory, but they don't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Auraminos and its owners, employees, suppliers and affiliates from all claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use or misuse of products; any injury or death caused by giving products to humans or animals; any health claims you make; any content you publish as an affiliate; your breach of these terms; or any regulatory action caused by your conduct. This obligation continues after your account is closed.

17. Dispute resolution and arbitration

If you have a dispute with us, email contact@auraminos.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can't, the dispute will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, in the State of Georgia, instead of in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration or any other representative proceeding.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be decided only by the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted, but the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Please check this page from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

20. Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as much as necessary, and the rest stays in effect.

21. No waiver

If we don't enforce a right or provision, we haven't waived it. A waiver only counts if it's in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Auraminos.

22. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies listed in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and our products, and they replace any earlier communications. They can only be changed as described in section 19 or by a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Auraminos.

23. Your information and our messages

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your information and is part of these terms. By creating an account or ordering, you agree to receive transactional messages about your orders and account. We send marketing emails or texts only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Unsubscribing doesn't stop order and account messages.

24. Text message terms

If you opt in to text messages from Auraminos, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel, and we'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start receiving messages again, you'll need to opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, text STOP from it first. 1. What we sell

Our products are research chemicals supplied as lyophilized powders or laboratory supplies. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

2. Permitted use

• In-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development and identification testing by qualified personnel.
• Handling in a laboratory setting with appropriate safety equipment, storage and disposal procedures.

3. Prohibited use

• Any use in or on humans or animals, by any route.
• Resale for human or animal use, relabeling, or repackaging as a drug, food or cosmetic.
• Any use that violates local, state or federal law.

4. Who can buy

Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. Buyers must be 21 or older. Our catalog, prices and checkout are available only to signed-in account holders, and every order requires the buyer to select their research purpose (independent researcher, MD, research foundation, research institute or analytical laboratory) and confirm that the products are for research use only and not for human consumption.

5. What we don't provide

We provide no guidance on any use outside the laboratory, and our staff will not answer questions about human or animal use. Messages that ask for this information are not answered.

6. Orders we refuse

We cancel and refund orders, and may close accounts, when there is reason to believe products will be used outside laboratory research, including orders that reference human or animal use.

This policy explains what personal information Auraminos LLC ("Auraminos", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our products are sold only to qualified researchers aged 21 and over, for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth (to confirm you are 21 or older), researcher type and password (stored encrypted).
• Order details: billing and shipping addresses and what you bought.
• Payment details: entered on our payment processor's secure form. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers.
• Eligibility records: your confirmation that you are 21 or older and a qualified researcher, and the research-use confirmation recorded with each order, with the time and IP address.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, by email or by text.

Information collected automatically

• Device and connection data: IP address, browser, operating system and device type.
• Usage data: pages viewed, products added to the cart, the site that referred you and when you visited.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.

2. How we use your information

• To process, ship and support your orders, including tracking updates.
• To create and manage your account.
• To confirm eligibility, prevent fraud and misuse, and respond to payment disputes.
• To answer your questions and complaints.
• To send news and offers by email or text, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the store, such as payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping carriers, email and text delivery, website hosting, analytics and customer support. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• In a business transfer, if Auraminos is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets. The new owner would have to follow this policy.

We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data security and retention

The site is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, access to personal data is limited to people who need it for their work, and we review our safeguards regularly. No system is completely secure; if a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

We keep information only as long as we need it:

• Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
• Orders and eligibility records: 7 years, for tax and legal purposes.
• Messages: 2 years after our last contact.
• Technical logs: 90 days.

5. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files your browser saves. We use them to:

• keep you signed in and remember your cart and your age confirmation (needed for the store to work);
• remember your preferences;
• measure traffic and see which pages are useful (analytics); and
• measure and improve our advertising, for example with advertising pixels from social media and search platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout won't work without the necessary ones. You can also limit interest-based advertising in your browser or device settings and with the advertising platforms' own opt-out tools.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy (access and portability);
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information, except what we must keep by law, such as order records for tax purposes; and
• stop sending you marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text.

Email contact@auraminos.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we reply within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. California and other U.S. state privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct and delete it; to opt out of its sale or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories listed in section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and the content of messages you send us), used them for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the service providers in section 3. We do not sell personal information for money. Where we use advertising cookies, you can opt out of that sharing by blocking advertising cookies or by emailing us. We use sensitive personal information, such as your account password, only for purposes the law allows. You can make a request yourself or through an authorized agent, and we reply within 45 days.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line.

8. Children's privacy

This website is only for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe a minor has given us their information.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites, such as carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will add a notice on the site or email account holders. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
